Delivery Times

Suits usually take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for delivery from the day of the receipt of down payment. The remaining balance will be required before shipment.

Gloves, compression suit, knee-slider, back-protector, leather care kit, are usually in stock and takes 6/10 days for delivery from the day of the receipt of full payment.

Bodywork (fairings), rear set and bike accessories a will be sent directly from our partner in Italy and usually take from 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from the day of the receipt of the full payment

Post note: Various conditions could delay the delivery of your order, such as US Customs delays, natural disaster, and manufacturing delays (due to things like restocking leather, carbon-fiber, K-tex, etc.). Therefore consider the delivery time estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping
Once your order is complete a major carrier will ship it. Please find below the shipping costs to the lower 48 US states, Hawaii and Alaska:

• Jacket $ 25 ea.Hawaii/Alaska add $ 15 ea.
• Gloves $ 5 set.Hawaii/Alaska add $ 5 set.
• Knee-slider 5 set.Hawaii/Alaska add $ 5 set.
• Leather cleaning kit $5 set.Hawaii/Alaska add $ 5 set.
• Compression suit $5 setHawaii/ Alaska add $ 5 set.
• Back-protector $5 ea.Hawaii/Alaska add $ 5 set.
• GPS-Laptimer $ 10 ea.Hawaii/Alaska add $10 ea.
• Bodyworks (fairings) $ 270 set by major carrier . Please note additional charges may be applied if you are located far away from an airport.
• Rear set and bike kits $ 50 by Major carrier depending on the total weight and volume of your order. Please note additional charges may be applied if you are located far away from an airport.
Claims
All claims for damage or missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the goods in the presence of the carrier. All claims must be made same day with original box and packing kept on hand for inspection.
Returns:
No returns will be accepted on Custom fit suits and gloves. Returns will be accepted on non-custom fit items within 30 days, that are in new, re-salable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products will incur a restocking fee equaling the outgoing shipping cost (based on the above shipping costs). Returns of bodyworks and rear-set are subject to the general condition of our Italian partners. Please contact us within 30 days from the shipping date. Before returns, please call to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be written clearly on the outside of the box containing the returned goods. Before returning the goods, please send us a brief note of explanation with your address, name and phone number by email or mail.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed on all non-custom fit merchandise in new and re-salable condition, within 30 days from shipping date. Exchanged products will be subject to shipping costs as above a restocking fee which will be communicate time by time.

Exchange of bodyworks and rear-set are subject to the general condition of our Italian partners, in any case It could be taken in consideration only within 30 days from shipping date and all the goods has to be in re-salable condition and packed in the original or alternative good quality box. Cancellation:
If you need to cancel the order please contact us immediately. If you have ordered a custom item, we might not be able to accept your cancellation. Once a custom product has been cut and sewn or painted (bodyworks), cancellation is not possible. For all the other items there will be a cancellation fee of 20%. To complete a cancellation, a writing request must be done by the buyer and sent to info@essemotorsport.com immediately after the order.
