How do I place an order? |
To place a leather suit order go to ‘Products’/ ‘For You’/ ‘Custom Leather Suits’, then follow the steps shown on our website. First, click on your favorite model, Then choose your suit colors, accessories, names. After filling in the contact form provided on ‘Summary’, click on ‘Send Estimate Print’. Your design will be sent to us and our sales department will contact you with the final price.
To place an accessory order go to ‘Products’ and choose one options ‘For You’ or ‘For Your Bike’ to see all the accessories offered on our website. You can click on “Add to my Cart’ to save any products you are interested in. When you are ready to place your order, click on the ‘Cart’ button on the right top of the page to finish your check out.

Are all suits custom made to my order? |
Based on your request, Esse produce custom made or standard size suits.

How long does it take to produce a suit? |
Usually it takes 45 to 60 days.
|
Which armor is included in each suit? |
All Esse’s suits come with CE approved armor in the shoulder, elbow and knee . Our suits also have back and hips padding (CE approved).

Do you charge more for names, logos and patches added to my suit? |
Names and logos are free of charge. Patches may be charged. Please contact us at info@essemotorsport.com.

What method of payment do you accept? |
Currently we accept check or Pay-pal.

I have placed an order of a custom leather suit. When am I billed? |
When you place an order for a custom size suit, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order and the balance charged when the suit is complete.

Is my online transaction safe? |
Yes. Esse guarantees that none of your personal information will be posted on the Internet or shared with other companies.

When will my order be shipped? |
If we have it in stock, within 48 hrs. If the item is a custom made product, it will be shipped within 48 hrs. from completation and payment. Please email us at info@essemotorsport.com for more information about our stock. As far as time of production please look at our shipping terms

Can I change my order once it has been submitted? |
On custom suits, as long as the production has not begun you will be able to make any changes to the order. On accessories, as long as the product has not been produced yet, you will be able to make any changes to the order. Please call 212 991 8894 for more information.
